Welcome to the new OBLN/Incight
Internship/Summer Hire Center!!

Does your corporation or business have a summer hire program that would benefit from attracting talented Oregon University, Community College, and high school students with disabilities?

OBLN/Incight Internship Center

The Internship/Summer Hire Center is under development for summer hire programs to give industry links with top college talent and aspiring high school students with disabilities. In developing this Center, the OBLN is partnering with Incight, an Oregon non-profit that connects talented University and college students with disabilities to industry.

The Internship/Summer Hire Center will assist you to:

  • Streamline your access to top talent from students with disabilities.

  • Secure one on one coaching and networking for your staff and managers to discuss and find accommodation or disability awareness or other supports.

  • Get great leads to promising interns and summer hires that will bring diversity, problem solving skills and top talent to your internship or summer hire program.

THE OBLN/Incight PARTNERSHIP

The Oregon Business Leadership Network and Incight have teamed together to provide tools for business, students, faculty, and parents to support the process of enabling students with disabilities to successfully secure internship and summer hire placements.
